Stone Waters Continuing Education uses Greyhound shipping, Canpar/ Purolator/ Fastway or Canada Post, whichever is the most cost-effective.
If you are ordering through the PayPal, an additional e-mail will be send to you showing the shipping cost in respect to your order .
PAYMENTS
Product Pricing and Availability: all prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Pay-Pal secure log in through our web-site. There is no need to open the account and you will receive the invoice instantaneously.We have been using Pay Pal for four years now, and it proved to be reliable and safe way for our on-line transactions.
Walk in (with debit or cash) payments. Please call for the appointment before you come-we sometimes have classes and field trips in the middle of the week and are not on premises 24/7.
Payment by Cheque/Money Order : Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be charged. GST or HST on all Canadian orders, and PST will be included on orders in Ontario. Tax will also be charged on shipping fees.
All payments should be completed and cleared out before the beginning of your class.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Stone Waters Continuing Education will refund fees if the workshop is cancelled but is not liable for any expenses incurred by the participant due to withdrawal from the workshop.
All fees for home study courses are fully refundable within five (5) business days from the date of registration, and within three (3) days for in -class courses. Stone Waters Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel or change course dates.

Cancelling Your Order: Custom orders can be cancelled but deposit is not refunded. You may cancel your home study order within five business days from the day of purchase.
RETURN POLICIES
Which items can be returned? Stone Waters Continuing Education will gladly refund or exchange damaged or defective products. Before exchange or refund, all returns must be authorized .
When shipping charges will be refunded? The shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order are not refundable, unless an error was made on the part of Stone Waters Continuing Education. If returning an item, you must do so at your own expense.
If a returned item is defective, Stone Waters Continuing Education will bear the shipping charges and send out a replacement. However, if you ordered the wrong item, or have simply wished to exchange an item for something else, additional shipping charges as described in our Shipping section will apply.
If orders are marked "Return to Sender," unclaimed, or refused and returned without sufficient postage, Stone Waters Continuing Education must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for any additional fees levied.
The additional charges will be deducted from your refund in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error was made on the part of Stone Waters Continuing Education before a credit is issued.
When Will My Refund Arrive? We will process and notify you about your return about upon receiving the returned package. If it was a credit card payment, the refund will be applied against the same card that was originally billed. If payment was a money order, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within two (2) days of receipt of the returned product and satisfactory inspection.
