Our goal is to create a peaceful environment where one's soul can enjoy the sanctuary of life on the Mediterranean Sea, the pleasure of breathing in the intact beauty of nature and the thrill of engaging in meaningful, joyful conversations and self-exploration, away from the noise of commercial culture.
Our teachers are a remarkable and diverse mix of professionals who bring together their skills and passions to provide unique body-mind-spirit perspectives and analogies.
Our mission is to participate in the shift that is already happening on the planet.
The broad Renaissance in thinking and alternative living is already here: depth, meaning and inner joy are within reach.
ELIANA TRINAISTIC
Eliana's Bio "I am not from the East or the West, not out of the ocean or up. From the ground, not natural or ethereal, not composed of elements at all. I do not exist, am not an entity in this world or the next, Did not descend from Adam and Eve or any origin story. My place Is placeless, a trace of the traceless. Neither body or soul. I belong to the beloved, have seen the two Worlds as one and that one call to and know. First, last, outer, inner, only that Breath breathing human being." Rumi, Only Breath

DANNY NOEL Following more than two decades in varying executive and administrative positions within the corporate sector, a growing penchant for wellness and physical conditioning led Danny to pursuits in the field of health and fitness. Danny has studied Kinesiology & Physical Education and has attained advanced certifications in fitness assessment and personal training.A keen interest in body function has drawn Danny to explore a number of continuing education courses in the areas of Functional Anatomy, Biomechanics / Principles of Movement, Exercise Physiology and Musculoskeletal Injuries. Danny was introduced to yoga while traveling abroad in the Hawaiian Islands. This initial introduction to Hatha yoga piqued Danny's interest. However, it wasn't until shortly afterwards, upon his return to Canada, while attending his first Hot Yoga class that Danny realized that yoga would become an integral part of his life. From the outset, it was clearly evident that the awareness and interconnectivity that yoga cultivates was an ideal complement to the rigors of conventional fitness. In the summer of 2004, Danny registered in and subsequently graduated from the inaugural Moksha Teacher Training certification program consisting of over 800 hours of study. The intensive portion of the Moksha certification program included exploration into the following key areas of study:Meditation practice - Pranayama practice - Asana class - Practical teaching - Teaching methodology - Posture clinics - Modifications/Adjustments – Structural anatomy - Preventing yoga injuries - Functional anatomy -Breath awareness - Ayurveda - Buddhist/mindfulness yoga - Spirituality - History of yoga -Philosophy of yoga - Journaling - Bhagavad-Gita and the Yoga Sutra texts - Public speaking / Presentations. The 10-month Distance Learning segment of the Moksha certification program involved monthly projects on a wide and comprehensive array of topics, such as volunteer work with marginalized individuals, study of different yoga disciplines and teaching in the community. Some of the more rewarding undertakings that Danny completed during this segment include the study of varying yoga traditions such as Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Iyengar yoga, Yin Yoga and Anusara yoga; teaching yoga classes at the Reena Foundation and Muki Baum Treatment Centres for children with autism and adults with developmental, emotional and psychiatric disabilities; and volunteer work with abused and displaced women and children. Today, Danny continues to study different yoga disciplines and philosophies, and is honoured and blessed to have studied with many highly accredited teachers including David Life (Jivamukti Yoga), Paul Grilley (Yin Yoga, Chakra and meridians), Judith Lasater (Living your yoga), Baron Baptiste (Power Vinyasa yoga) and John Friend (Anusara yoga). Danny's love and passion for yoga grows with every passing day. Danny credits his teachers, students and family for helping him to attain a greater understanding and appreciation of connection, compassion and awareness. Danny’s yoga classes are infused with heart and passion. He believes that yoga holds something special for everyone, and endeavours to challenge students to explore their limitless potential in a non-judgemental and compassionate manner.
