We would be happy to place you with a roommate if you are interested in double occupancy while traveling by yourself.For some retreats we can accommodate families in triple and quadruple occupancy rooms. The room rate will be reduced accordingly. Our prices do not include airfare but additional transportation is sometimes included. For our Early Birds, payment is due in full before the end of the Early Bird Special period. The balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date. Reservation is effective upon receipt of this registration form and payment of the deposit or Early Bird Special price. All sums paid are non-refundable, unless you arrange to have your space filled by another person. Cancellation must be received in writing.Because our prepayments are not refundable, we recommend that you protect your investment with travel insurance for your trip. Registering for Olive Grove Retreats Programs is easy. To register please contact us first to ensure availability. If space is available, you may pay the required deposit by cheque or credit card. Cheques (made payable to Stone Waters Continuing Education) may be mailed to the address below.
Credit card payments may be made as PayPal secure online payments, or the following information may be submitted to the office by phone or by fax:name, address, card number, expiration date, billing address, and three-digit security code.
For all Olive Grove Retreats, a deposit is required to reserve your space:$399 CAD for one week, or $499 CAD for two weeks. Currency converter
The balance is due three months before the start of the retreat. Participants will be assigned double accommodation upon registration, unless they request a single room, which is available for an additional fee. Meals We serve a healthy vegetarian cuisine. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of your stay if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs of which we should be aware.
What to Bring
Very light clothing for hot yoga and layered clothing for meditation (possibly a meditation shawl or blanket).
Personal toiletries, a couple of beach towels or more (you need them both for the beach and hot yoga classes).
A journal if you like.
Sun block, a hat, bathing suits, sweatshirt or sweater for cooler nights, walking shoes, flip flops, walking sandals.
We have blankets and yoga mats so no need to bring them. We also have sitting cushions for meditation.
Linens are provided and daily maid service is available on the premises.
Weather: Summer and early fall temperatures are 24-28 degrees (average 78F), while the temperature of the sea is up to 24 degrees (75F).
What Not to Bring: We would prefer that guests do not bring personal computers, pets, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, and that they do not wear scented body products, as we want to provide a fragrance-free environment for everyone. Smoking is not permitted inside the Centre, or on the grounds.
Note: Cell phone reception is generally available on the island, as well as Internet connection. However, we recommend not bringing any of the “gadgets” as there will be no opportunity to use them.
Arrival time: is between 4 and 6 pm on the first day of the retreat. Departure time: onthe last day of the retreat after the morning session and breakfast and lunch, depending on ferry service.
