DISTANCE LEARNING/ HOME STUDY PROGRAM

The concept of continuing education through home study programs has been around for more then a century.

Distance education is a viable alternative to the hands-on training for anyone who wants to progress at their own pace and is otherwise unable to reserve classroom time because of the family or work schedules.

Our Distance Learning Program is concerned with both practical experience and theoretical and historical background of stone therapy, and very useful in terms of advancing the practice of utilizing heat and cold applications more frequently.

The requirements for home study courses, in case you need to complete certified educational units (CEU's) require as follows: 

• Studying the Manual (85-100 pages each level)
• Documentation of independent case studies (five for Hot Stone Therapy Certified Level I, and additional five for Stone Therapy Certified Level II)
• One (Level I) or one plus one (two) written exams (Level II) and a minimum passing grade of 80% in order to be both certified and registered for 10 or 20 certified educational units, respectively.
• Completed practical work (exams and treatments) must be submitted within 9 months from the registration date.

Hot Stone Therapy - Certified Level I Course, no CEU'S : $40.25 (+ 10.00 shipping)

This intensive Intro Level is created to fulfill needs and interests of busy professionals who are keen on getting a core insight into protocols and applications of mostly heated therapeutic stones. It includes:

• Studying of the 95 pages Introductory Manual and following step-by-step,fully illustrated protocol

• Certified Level I or (Introductory Level), and Certified Level II or Advanced) intensive hands-on training, over 130 pages of illustrated study: 95 pages Introductory Manual and 85 pages Advanced Manual
